Test mode

Build against real prices without sending anything to the kitchen.

Use a bz_test_sk_ key while you build. It reads the restaurant's real menu and prices carts with the real engine, and every validation runs — but placed orders and bookings are stored separately and never reach the POS, printer or WhatsApp.

  • Test orders have ids starting test_ord_, bookings test_res_; you can read them back.
  • Test mode ignores the restaurant's opening hours and “staff online” check so you can test any time.
  • Responses carry the header Billzova-Mode: test.
  • Test records are deleted after 7 days.
